Guys, Wanted to know your opinion on Andrew. I have seen him play quite a few times for SVS 1916 and I think he could be getting called up to the USA national team soon with a few more goals scored. From what I have seen he holds the ball up well, has a great shot on him, and also has speed and good aerial ability. Our national team coach seems to favor young players from Germany (see Bobby Wood) and I just have a feeling he could get a call up soon. Your thoughts?
Well, it seems he has potencial for greater challenges. Like you said, he scores important goals, has good technical basics. Think, he must play more constantly and he'll get his chance.
First time, he played in Sandhausen, talked with him and meant that his family name Wooten sounds like Wu-Tang:) Instead of shouting Wuuuu-Taaaang (in the songs), i suggested Woooooooo-teeeeeeeeen. He laughed:p Haha:)
I see it as Mack10. Andrew has got the capability and potential - but he has had this for years now. Above all, he lacks consistency. In some matches - as against St. Pauli - he seems not to be mentally and physically fresh. Maybe he has to work on his fitness more. I wish him to take off properly this or next season. Then everything could get possible - even a call from Jürgen Klinsmann.

Hola Don Jorge, Google translate did not do a very good job translating your post. Are you saying Andrew is not good enough for Klinnsman to select him for the United States?
No, you got me wrong - I wanted to say that surely there are some chances for Andrew to be called up. On the other hand one has to face the fact that competition and quality within US-soccer has grown as well, so it won't be too easy for him getting in. Furthermore, as a national player Adrew would gain increasing interest by other teams. So, I prefer him scoring for us.

Could not agree more señor! What Andrew has going for him though is that he is young, getting games, and playing in Europe, especially Deutschland. Klinsmann is more concerned about Wooten getting matches and scoring goals and would rather have him doing that than warming the bench in 1.Bundesliga. Wooten is in a great situation at SVS with a coach who is making him a better player and giving him a chance.
After the match standing ovations for him. And that was earned. His work ethic was very good, he moved a lot on the field and was freezing cold in front of goal. In comparison to the last season, he looks much fitter and more flexible . For Sandhausen it would be great if he would be a international player in future.
